How to enter the 2022 F100 Winter Cup

The F100 Winter Cup – Entries for the F100 Winter Cup at Shenington are now open!!! So our first race event for the year is finally here.

This event will be slightly different in two ways.

1. Firstly, it will be a one day event on Sunday 20th February but access is from 18:00hrs on Saturday evening. Overnight stays are welcome.
2. Secondly, the entry procedure from this event is different to normal. I’ll try to keep this as short and as simple as possible but please please read the following very carefully or your entry may not be confirmed.

Entries for previous winter cup’s are traditionally are much lower than summer rounds so we have only asked for one grid. We are inviting entries from Pre 2000, Pre 2000 Heavy and Pre 95.

This event could over subscribe so please get your entry in quickly!!

The Grid will be combined as follows:-
a. Pre 2000 / Pre 2000 Heavy – Mixed
b. Pre 95 – Split off the back

Race Day Format will be:-
Three (Longer) Open Practice sessions, Three Heats, A-Final.

Entry Procedure – VERY IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY

Step 1

1. Click HERE to enter on our F100 Entry System as normal. (Entry Fee is £0)
2. Neither your Transponder Number nor Transponder Hire is required at this stage.
3. Purchase your tyres and any spares as normal in Alpha.
4. Complete your entry by ticking the terms and Conditions box and send everything to checkout .
5. For entries only, the cost will be £0 but please complete to checkout.
6. Your entry is now complete with F100.
7. Please check for confirmation email.

Step 2

1. You now need to enter on the Shenington’s entry system by clicking HERE
2. DO NOT create a new account. Just log in with your normal Username and Password.
3. This will export all your account details over to Shenington’s entry system.
4. Choose “Round 2 – Sunday Race Day”
5. Select your class and add your kart number.
6. Add your TAG transponder number or Hire a Transponder if needed.
7. Proceed through to checkout and pay Shenington for your race entry.
8. Check for an email confirming your entry from Shenington KC.

a. All Scrutineering will be through F100’s entry system
b. All Signing On, Digital Briefings and any comms will be through Shenington’s entry system.
c. Reserved bays are available via Shenington Kart Club. Contact them if you want one.

Clearly this is a little different to normal and I can only apologise for the faff it may cause but it’s a small inconvenience to pay to be able to race at this high profile venue.

One thing is for sure though, you will notice all the things that F100 do differently to other clubs.

Hopefully we will learn something from each other but either way both Chris and myself will be on hand from Saturday evening to smooth things along for you and issue you with your race tyres and spares.
