F100 Round up…
It’s a great opportunity for the two clubs to meet up for a joint event showcasing to the karting community with the best of Classic & Modern Karting along with a friendly atmosphere & good sportsmanship all on show in abundance. Our Special Event for the TKM O-plates last weekend was well attended and a spectacular success, proving to all that a small club with passionate people behind the scenes can do great things.
F100 Round 1 at Rissington saw some epic racing with generally pretty good driving conditions all weekend.
In Pre2000, it was Matt Parker that took the honours from Zak Bowen & Joseph Reeves-Smith after a race long battle that saw the lead swap many times.
Classic TKM saw Michael Whittaker take the spoils from Cliff McDonald & Mark Sturdy. New Driver to the class Philip Tristram had a challenging day, but he dug deep to overcome many hurdles along the way. In Pre95, Tyler Weedon, took the top spot, with Chris Jiggins & the new kid on the block Liam Hamling in his first F100 race driving superbly to a 3rd place finish.
The new F100 LC class saw Duncan McLeod take the win from Rich Puddle and Matt James. A lovely class which will grow and grow and compliment the race series perfectly.
