F100 90s Tour 2022: Round Five Race Day Information
Please join us on both days to pay our respects to Her Majesty the Queen before activities commence by taking part in a time of reflection and thanks for her service to our great nation.
What a special place Clay Pigeon is. Over the years it’s seen a myriad of past and future champions all trying to master it’s famous corners, using every inch of tarmac to squeeze the best lap possible.
Things are going to be a bit special this round, we have the FP4 guys joining us again, so please make them all feel very welcome.
Pre95 has a really special event, The White Plate Odyssey. When a great class like Pre95 gets itself in the doldrums, there is only one thing to do.
Dig deep and throw everything and the kitchen sink at it.
In a time where friendships & reconciliation is at the forefront of our thoughts, Matt Martin & Joe Holloway have thrown huge amounts of hard labour at the class. Working hard to break down barriers, rekindle old friendships and putting on a special grid that anyone who’s anyone, wants to participate in and can just come and race.
This will be the first of many special events going forward. These small steps have started long overdue conversations and we’re determined to resurrect Pre95.
Special thanks must go to KKC for sponsoring some prizes for Pre95 and to Mark Lloyd for making the specially commissioned trophies for 1995 – The White Plate Odyssey.
In fact, the whole of the Pre95 grid should be applauded for their passion and commitment to their class and long may it continue.
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was and for many generations to come, will be an inspiration to our nation.
We will not see her like again. Throughout her 70 year reign she was Head of State for 15 countries. She was a constant in all of our lives.
In times of change and turmoil in our country and around the world, she was always that constant…….Our Queen.
But most of all she stood for Decency, Humility, Duty & Honesty. Think about these things for a moment.
These are things we can all use in everyday life and of course our racing. So please let us all observe 2 minutes of silence on Sunday for our Queen.
Let’s all enjoy our racing today and most importantly, respect each other.
